Overview of the Case

This case involved Alberto Felix and Jamie Wright and arose from a motor vehicle collision that occurred on September 2, 2014, in Shelton, Connecticut. Felix was driving on Meadow Street when Wright’s vehicle struck his from behind. He filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court at Milford, with a return date of September 27, 2016. Allegations of Negligence
