Case Background
This case arose from a car crash that happened on the morning of February 29, 2020, in Miami-Dade County. Plaintiff Michelle Karina Pozo, a Miami resident, was driving on Interstate 95 when her vehicle was struck from behind by a taxicab owned by Springs Cab Inc. and operated with its permission by driver Philome Pierre Noel.
