 About the Case

Cause

In a case involving a car accident caused by failure to grant the right of way, the plaintiff, Atsushi Hirata, was operating his 2015 Infiniti Q50 on August 26, 2021, around 11:02 a.m., when the defendant, Julian Bradley, failed to grant him the right of way while exiting Yale New Haven Hospital.
